Finance Assistant is required in overseeing and managing all elements of the finance function working in modern offices in Central London
The Job:
*Daily Banking
-Allocating incoming client payments
-Till & Cash Report Reconciliation
*Monthly Accounts
-Reconciliation of Balance Sheet items and Bank Reconciliations
-Month End Journals - Accruals & Prepayments
*Purchase Ledger
-Entering supplier invoices
-Setting up supplier payments on NatWest and UBS
-Liaising with suppliers and STC team in dealing with queries and discrepancies
-Maintaining stock of prepaid services
*Sales Ledger
-Sending out Client Statements
-Credit Control
*Merchant Services
-Reconciliation of payments on a daily basis
*Year End Preparation
-Providing assistance with all year end processes
-Liaising with Auditors

Skills Required:
*Reliable
*Responsible
*Efficient
*Accurate
*Approachable
*Education in Finance / Accounting
*Experience in Accounts

The Package:
*Salary of £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
