Our client, an established Travel Management Company boasting a strong Business Travel client portfolio require a Finance Treasury and Finance Administration Assistant . You would report to our highly skilled Financial Accountant and work alongside the friendly finance professionals. The whole team works really closely together and is also tightly connected with the whole business. The overall purpose of your job is to complete daily bank ledgers and complete transfers and cheques.

 

The Responsibilities of the Finance Treasury and Finance Administration Assistant are as follows:

  • Reconciling bank accounts for various accounts and companies under one umbrella
  • Dealing with foreign money
  • Transferring money internally
  • Dealing with internal expenses

The Skills required for the Finance Treasury and Finance Administration Assistant are as follows:

  • An excellent team player
  • Have great attention to detail
  • A great communicator
  • Able to work independently with a level of autonomy
  • Naturally enthusiastic and committed
