Flight Operations Manager required to head up the back office teams of a leading Manchester based Travel Company. This is an excellent career move for a Travel Industry Professional who has experience of managing post booking teams in a Tour Operations environment and who has solid experience on GDS reservations and ticketing. - Managing four back office tour operations departments, supporting the supervisors and their teams
- Back offices teams managed are responsible for flight reservations, groups, BSP and Ticketing
- Hold meetings for individuals and teams, promoting the inter-team relationships
- Co-Ordinate team activities to ensure where there are cross overs, things run smoothly
- Assessing processes and productivity, working with senior team members on strategy
- Implementing new procedures and co-ordinating training
