Flights Coordinator


To £24,000 + Benefits


My client is a leading travel company offering based in Milton Keynes.


Due to expansion, they are now recruiting for a Flights Coordinator.


The successful candidate will be expected to have a knowledge of booking a wide variety of flights with GDS knowledge.

Flights Coordinator Job Duties:
Provide quotes and confirm bookings on a range of travel services
Make bookings for a range of other travel services using the Galileo system
Liaising with internal departments and suppliers
Solving requests and queries for potential and confirmed bookings
Co-ordinate travel products, focusing on contracts and allocations
Understanding fares
Process multiple fare constructions on both individual and group bookings
Knowledge of IATA, BSP, ADM’s and ACM’s.
Provide information to members of the Management Team as required

Flights Coordinator Experience and Skills:
Experience of booking a wide variety of flights through GDS
A solid background within the travel industry

Flights Coordinator Salary and Benefits:

Base salary to £24,000
