Flights Coordinator - Luxury Travel Company

£30,000 + Benefits

Central London

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a  Flights Coordinator to join my client who is a leading international luxury travel company.

The Flights Coordinator will be responsible for all pre-departure and post travel arrangements.

Duties include booking all flight request and itineraries and producing tickets incorporating group, nett, IT and BT fares through the comprehension of airline contracts.

Flights Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

Accurate pricing for air, hotel and transfer items & charge additional fees when required

Maintain airline contract fares and rules to ensure best air schedules and fares are utilised

Confirm and issue airline tickets according to airline policies and procedures and deliver correct copies to documentation for distribution to the
guests

Courteously communicate with external customers to advise of applicable air itinerary changes resulting from an airline initiated flight change.

Provide courteous, profession & prompt response to  or call Tony onfor further details.
