Housekeepers, enables the Company to consistently deliver on our brand promise by maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all the guest rooms and throughout the hotel, by practicing and enforcing our standards for health, safety and sustainability. Housekeepers Level 1 also uses all available information systems, interact with customers to understand their needs so they can better deliver to the requirements. They have a role in defining the products and services that make all guests feel special. In a supervisory role, they set people up to win by ensuring that all employees have the right tools, equipment, training and development to be successful in their jobs. By creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work to 'wow' all guests, they engage and retain all employees.
Is able to use technology such as optti, Opera, MMS etc.
Good command of English language, ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow colleagues.
