The role: As a Floor Manager for Mint Staffing, you will be responsible for ensuring all service runs smoothly and our clients and guests alike are provided a full 5* service from the start. You'll be the point of contact between all team members and management, ensuring all instructions are followed clearly and efficiently as well as being quick to react to and solve any issues which may occur. You will have great attention to detail and a passion for quality service, training our team and boosting standards as you work. You'll generally ensure an all round great experience for our clients through hard work, great standards and a commitment to excellent hospitality. What we're looking for: 1-2 years' experience in an F&B Management roleClear knowledge on excellent service standards, banquets and bespoke eventsGreat people skills and ability to problem solveFlexibility and commitment to the roleOwn transport is preferred but not essentialGreat customer serviceAbility to maintain, promote and exceed our excellent reputation In return you'll receive an excellent, competitive salary, flexible working hours to suit you and the opportunity to gain invaluable experience at some of the north best's best Hotels, Bars, Restaurants and Stadiums.
