My client is a leading travel company specialising in luxury high end villa holidays.
They are seeking experienced a fluent Italian and French speaking customer service executive with travel industry or hospitality experience.
The role is fast paced and candidates must have good written and communication skills.
Fluent Italian and French Speaking Customer Services Executive Responsibilities and duties:
Handle all customer correspondence/queries regarding the ground arrangements related to the villa holidays
Handle difficult clients proactively and to seek appropriate resolutions with guidelines as permitted by the Head of Legal.
