The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits, and confident to make a killer Martini. You will have a knowledge and passion for fresh local seasonal produce and be able to build a relationship with the chef and be able to sell the menu to your customers. You will be able to manage lead and inspire a team, to deliver outstanding customer service to your guests.

Management of budgets, stock, time and people will be a skill set you will have in abundance; experience of project management is desirable.
