This large Oxfordshire Hotel Manor House has a great reputation. It's set in glorious parkland and serves purpose for a hotel and retreat, perfect for a hotel stay, exceptional conference and banqueting facilities. It really does scream luxury and quality from every corner. The hotel has recently undertaken a huge phase of development and as a result built a new Brasserie. We are seeking applications for the position of Brasserie and Bar Manager.
The brasserie itself creates a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The food is uncomplicated and unrushed. The menu features seasonal British food, sourced from local farms and suppliers. As part of the role you will also cover and support other F&B functions of the hotel to include the A'La Carte restaurant, functions and C&B. We are looking for a real all rounder who is operationally hands on.
The duties of this role will naturally include operational day to day running, staff supervision and ensuring guest satisfaction for both residents and non residents. Behind the scenes you'll be training, mentoring staff and be responsible for health, hygiene and food safety with of course overall support from the General Manager.
