An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join a popular leisure establishment in Basingstoke. The client can offer a generous salary and benefit package including free onsite parking and discounted rates on club memberships.

The Role

* Manage bar/restaurant
* Manage the growth of sales, profits and reputation of the premises on a day to day basis.
* Develop, train and manage staff and ensure good people management and communication
* Ensure all guests experience outstanding customer service and maintain a high satisfaction rate with new and existing customers
* Consistently deliver high standards of service and monitor performance levels of other staff members
* Effectively manage day to day operations of the premises, dealing with any problems and foreseeing potential issues.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years hospitality experience and will have worked at a similar leisure premises. Experience of running large events such as weddings and parties would be beneficial. The candidate must hold an up to date Personal Alcohol licence and a UK driving licence
