Our clients a well known venue located in the luxury seaside resort of Saint Andrews seek an experienced Restaurant/Food and Beverage Supervisor at a salary of 16000 per annum.
This is a full time, permanent position operating on a rota basis over Mon - Sun.
Experienced in the smooth supervision of the restaurants and or food and beverage service at prestige level you will ensure the smooth running of operational service - working closely with your kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure guest needs and expectations are met. You'll have a great eye for detail and to ensure front of house is smooth but also able to pick up behind the scenes making sure the venue is well stocked, running efficiently and that Health and Hygiene awareness is adhered to.
We are looking for candidates who have already gained some supervisory experience and worked to a hotel or restaurant supervision standard in some capacity. This is a front of house role so we would expect strong presentation and great communication skills.
Basic salary negotiable within guidelines and is dependent on experience plus excellent tips and service charge.
