A Food and Beverage Team Leader is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets in the absence of the F&B Supervisor to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets and is the first step towards a supervisor role in the Restaurant & Bar areas. You will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
