Job description:

* Ensure the quality of the Food & Beverage service, implementation of and adherence to standards across the services within the scope of their responsibility (kitchen, bar, restaurant, steward and wine advisor services)
* Ensure consistency in the guest offering (guest experience, personalisation, handling of complaints, etc.) in line with Club Med standards
* Develop budget targets, and implement action plans to ensure achieving set targets
* Manage, supervise and assist their teams in terms of growth and achieving qualitative and quantitative results
* Ensure adherence to legal and commercial sales procedures in the village and the upholding thereof by their teams
* Responsible for the proper implementation and application of safety and hygiene standards in their area of service, while attending meetings on this topic including safety and hygiene committee meetings

Seasonal contract. Accommodation and meals are offered within the villages and other benefits related to the Club Méditerranée Group's business activities. The GO post is open to handicapped persons.

Seeked profile:

* Available and geographically mobile for a period of 3 to 8 months
* Master's degree or equivalent in hotel management
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a hotel organisation and team management experience
* Proficiency in IT and management tools
* Working English a requirement, with other foreign languages desirable
