An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leader in the Hospitality & Leisure industry. This 4* premises is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join their team in an AA Rosette Restaurant. The role encompasses working with the management to ensure all operation procedures are adhered to whilst in keeping with the core values of the business. The Role* Work with manager and other staff to deliver service product plan. * Management of all food and beverage staff enabling an effective and efficient level of service. This includes any training or recruitment of new and existing staff. * Assist with budgeting and supply, investigating any shortfalls in profits and adjusting accordingly. * Ensure effective communication across the department utilizing the policies and procedures outlined by the company * Keep up to date with current legislation and ensure the department works within food hygiene, licensing and health and safety constraints The CandidateThe ideal candidate will come from a similar hospitality based background and have a proven track record of delivering in a high end establishment. You will need to be dedicated and driven to succeed as well as having your own ideas to improve the department.
