Reporting to the General Manager this role is key to the smooth, efficient running of this 5 Star Hotel & Spa. You will be responsible for maintaining the Brand with staff service levels, room conditions and generally how your team approach all guests (whether VIP or not). Regular Team briefings, training and appraisals will ensure that everyone is working on the same level and allow you to create a magnificent degree of customer satisfaction. Your areas of responsibility will be vast, and highly rewarding. You should have previous experience at this level or the aspirations to step up to your next career role.
