We are currently recruiting for a team of front of house staff, for a brand new trampoline park opening in mid-October in Kings Norton, Birmingham. Trampoline parks are fast paced, fun, energetic and thriving leisure facilities, offering young children to adults a wide range of extreme activities, including fitness and training, and of course FUN.

The role post holder will be tasked with helping checking in customers on arrival, helping them with bookings and queries and for being the face of the business, delivering outstanding customer service at all times. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that all cash handling procedures are adhered to in line with company policies.

You will be tasked with welcoming members of the public to the park, and helping them with the facilities and offering within the park. You will ensure all customers have signed the waiver form before jumping, having also explained the health and safety procedures to them. You will also need to ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are adhered to and that the communal front of house customer areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, whilst also ensuring all tasks are completed on the cleaning schedule for your area.

You will be a part of a fun, energetic and professional team, who are the front facing members of staff, delivering great customer service and being the first point of call for customers as they enter the park. You will need to be a great communicator, who is confident and clear in their delivery. A good working knowledge of Microsoft products is essential, and the ability to multi task and work well under pressure is much desired.

There are a number of positions available, full time, part time and supervisory roles, all on a shift rotation basis, and flexibility required to work evenings and weekends and also over holiday periods, as this is typically the busiest periods for trampoline parks.

Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a customer facing role which has included cash handling, and you must be willing to undertake a CRB check immediately.
