The role Junior Sous will allow you to advance your skills and knowledge within the catering industry through working with fresh quality ingredients. You should be confident running your own section and working with fresh quality ingredients cooking from scratch. In this role you will have the opportunity to progress your career and expand your knowledge and hone your skills.
Other key characteristics:
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous chef or Chef de Partie for 2/3 years * Ability to work with fresh ingredients cooking from scratch * Experience taking ownership of a section in the kitchen * Have a positive attitude to work * Be willing to assist senior members of kitchen team and expand your experience
* Salary of 18K per annum * Tips is addition to the annual salary * 28 days paid holiday per year * Opportunity to progress career with a sought after company * Working mostly straight shifts with a few split shifts
