General Manager Events Venue 50.000 + Accommodation Shropshire Our Client is looking for a Venue General Manager that has a background experience within 4-5 star hotels, high foot fall venues. The role will cover the following: managing a high volume Restaurant/caf open day time only, and several events, weddings, conferences for their venue/site based in Shropshire. The ideal manager needs to have previous experience to work within a high volume venue managing turnover over 1.5 millions per year. You must have a strong background in sales/marketing and events, a commercial acumen is critical to this role, you will be fully accountable of P&L budget management for the venue. You must be full of innovative ideas, be extremely commercial, a strong communicator. Flexible and passionate about providing great service, a team builder and player, a hard working person that is good in motivating staff and have a can do attitude.
