Our client is a specialist accommodation supplier within the UK & Ireland.

They are currently seeking a German speaking Senior Key Account Executive to price and quote groups travelling from selected European markets to the UK & Ireland and some countries within Western Europe.

You will develop relationships with potential customers and be the main point of contact with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:  

·         Provide required products and prices within the client’s timeline

·         Competitor analysis

·         Market research

·         Keep in touch with existing clients and find ways to grow their business

·         Resource new clients

·         Deliver on key targets – targets include quote turnaround, conversion levels, post travel calls

·         Follow up new enquiries

·         Commercially aware

·         As and when required visit clients and attend trade shows, either in the UK or abroad

·         Accompany clients on FAM and inspection trips

·         Be aware of new products

Person Spec:  

·         Fluent in German & English

·         Commercial understanding of pricing

·         Experience in group travel in the UK and Europe

·         Working knowledge of MS Packages

·         Results driven

·         Exceptional customer service skills

·         Accurate with a high attention to detail

·         High level of verbal and written communication skills

·         Good negotiator

·         Industry knowledge

·         Self-motivated

·         Product knowledge of UK and Europe
