Global Account Manager - Corporate Travel. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a highly regarded business travel organisation based in Central London.

Global Account Manager Responsibilities

As a Global Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and building relationships with global clients according to targets. You will consult with clients, providing them with analysis, insight and ideas in all areas of their business travel needs. You will develop an in depth understanding of their businesses and goals and ensure exceptional service delivery.
You will organise and attend client reviews, assist with coordination of suppliers, liaise with shareholders, identify business opportunities and negotiate with various stakeholders. You'll work closely with the Operations team and also ensure that Account Managers are appropriately trained and supported.

Global Account Manager Skills Required

  • Considerable experience of Account Management for a TMC at a multinational level (essential)
  • Strong understanding of project management, MI Reporting, QC Systems and Self-Booking Tools
  • Astute commerical acumen and strong negotiator
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical
  • Creative, innovative and enthusiastic
