Global Account Manager Responsibilities
As a Global Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and building relationships with global clients according to targets. You will consult with clients, providing them with analysis, insight and ideas in all areas of their business travel needs. You will develop an in depth understanding of their businesses and goals and ensure exceptional service delivery.
You will organise and attend client reviews, assist with coordination of suppliers, liaise with shareholders, identify business opportunities and negotiate with various stakeholders. You'll work closely with the Operations team and also ensure that Account Managers are appropriately trained and supported.
