We have a fantastic opportunity for fluent Polish speakers to join a leading, Cheshire based Travel company as a Global Customer Service Agent. Using your Polish and English language skills, you'll be responsible for providing a professional and highly efficient travel service including handling inbound enquiries and calls, making reservations, administration and resolving general enquiries and complaints. The successful candidate will have previous travel industry experience and strong customer service skills and ideally, experience with a GDS although this isn’t essential as full training can be given. In return, our client are offering a competitive salary of up to £20k plus excellent benefits and a Monday to Friday working week (with occasional Saturdays).
