Graduate Customer Service Executive - £20k – SW London

 

A Graduate Customer Service Executive is required by one of the world most successful and innovative Travel companies.  As a world leader, this means first class on the job training and a wide range of long-term development and travel career opportunities across their worldwide offices.  As Graduate Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for responding to all pre and post cruise enquiries and correspondence from customers.

 

As Graduate Customer Service Executive you will:

  • Ensure the required level of customer service and communication is achieved at all times.
  • Maintain the highest level of written communications for pre and post travel correspondence.
  • Provide information which is 100% accurate and which addresses 100% of the customer’s questions during each contact
  • Investigate and resolve all complaints in accordance with company processes and industry guidelines, in a timely and fair manner, to achieve the best possible outcome for both customer and business. 
  • Allocate compensation based on company standards
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures for dealing with clients who have special requirements, and assist colleagues and management to ensure these are followed consistently.
  • Identify potential problems relating to customer service and proactively work to find solutions to enhance the customer experience.

The successful Graduate Customer Service Executive will have six months’ experience of working in a customer services environment, and will have experience of dealing with and resolving complaints and managing and exceeding customer expectations with a thorough understanding of what it is to provide excellent customer service. The successful Graduate Customer Service Executive will have excellent communication skills, with a passion for going ‘the extra mile’, as well as being well organised and the ability to build rapport quickly with others.
