Graduate Customer Service Executive – Luxury Travel - West London - Up to £22,000

 

A Graduate Customer Service Executive is required by a leading luxury travel company who have a reputation for customer service excellence.  As a Graduate Customer Service Executive you will be going the extra mile for customers who have booked their holidays, helping to enhance their pre-travel customer experience and thus upholding the reputation for customer service that this multiple award winning travel company has successfully earnt.  As Graduate Customer Service Executive you will provide an exceptional post-booking customer service to various travel customers thus ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and within the pre-determined timeframes.

 

The key responsibilities for Graduate Customer Service Executive are:

  • Meet & exceed all service related SLA’s
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately within the given deadline
  • Respond to phone and email enquiry within given timeframes
  • Track all communications via the company CRM 

 

The key skills required for Graduate Customer Service Executive are:

  • Track record in a service orientated environment
  • Strong organisational skills & excellent attention to detail
