As a Graduate Tailor Made Travel Consultant (Latin America) you will be the single point of contact for the client until they depart on their travels, being accountable for all administration interaction. Your job will include designing fantastic and detailed tailor made itineraries to Audley clients and giving them exceptional service to ensure repeat business. You will do so by keeping your client’s interests and needs a priority by selecting the most appropriate flights, accommodation and excursions for them to ensure the product sold to our clients is as perfect as it can be. You will need to have up to date commercial knowledge of Latin America by keeping in touch with product developments in the region. The Tailor Made Travel Consultant will maximise revenue and profit through sales. They will also capitalise on every single sales enquiry received to convert it in to a quote and then in to a booking. They will certify every client receives a trip which exceeds their expectations. They will be required to take trips to areas of specialisation and any other part of the world if needed by the business.

The other skills that are essential for this role are previous travel industry experience and an in-depth/ first-hand knowledge of the region of speciality (Latin America).
