A Graduate Operations Executive is required by a highly regarded cultural & activity travel tour company who use their extensive first-hand knowledge of some of the world’s most exotic and exciting destinations to give their clients the very best travel experiences.  As Graduate Operations Executive you will play a key role in the client’s customer journey ensuring that all of their pre-departure administration is in order enabling them to have a smooth and hassle free travel experience

As Graduate Operations Executive you will:

  • Prepare client travel documentation (pre-departure) travel essentials, back ground info, guide book and flight tickets.
  • Posting client travel documents.
  • Managing holiday satisfaction questions.
  • Sending out client’s name board and flight arrival times.
  • Updating customer loyalty accounts
  • Creating copy for travel essentials.
  • Entering data on onto the website, agency agreements and Axum product manager.
  • Creating Client Packages on Axum for the website and client proposals.
  • Updating the Private Journey products.
  • Dealing with Travel Agents.

The successful Graduate Operations Executive will have the ability to set and work to deadlines, possess a good knowledge of travel geography, excellent attention to detail, the ability to plan ahead and be able to work on own initiative.  As Graduate Operations Executive you will have good customer service capabilities, being able to deal with a variety of clients, with particular understanding of what the adventure/cultural traveller wants to experience. You will also have strong multi-tasking skills, display patience and persistence particularly when dealing with foreign countries, be well organised and have an excellent telephone manner.  You will of course be passionate about travel, people and places, be well travelled, and ideally have some office based experience.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the travel industry.
