Reservation india luxury reservations consultant required to talk clients  through the brochure tour information required and guide them on the type of tour that suits their requirements.

• You will check availability for tours and advise on any specific information requested by the client/agent on set brochure tours with set extension or pre tour (as per brochure), brochure tour with tailor made extensions.
• You will tailor made itineraries and plan these in detail, taking the requirements of the client in to consideration, giving expert advice and guidance when required you will also handle special tours and give information take bookings for special tours and ad-hoc promotions.
• You will fully research all itineraries, from the information/costings held on our in house FIT system or on file and use galileo for flight information, manuals and guides where necessary.
• He/ she will consult with ground handlers before a quotation finally becomes a booking.  
• Consultant must ensure that client is advised of likely timescale for this process. 
• All FIT enquiries will be handled as quickly as possible by the reservations  consultants, in line with Company targets.
• He/she will ensure the smooth running of any booking and that our client  provides pre departure service to its clients as per our booking conditions. 
• You will ensure that clients receive their travel information and travel documents in good time as per the set schedule, i.e. (FIT and individual traveller bookings.
• To be considered for the position you must have extensive knowledge of india thruogh personal travel and excellent customer service skills and telephone manner with an eye for detail.
