CRM Group Manager - Surrey - Salary Up To £45k

Prospects 4 Travel are seeking a Group CRM Manager to lead and support delivery of CRM strategies and drive customer acquisition and retention campaigns in order to encourage customer acquisition, retention, and frequency across our client’s brand.

Key responsibilities of the CRM Group Manager role:

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the group
  • Manage Acquisition campaigns, to convert guests to future bookers, and retention campaigns, from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Campaign management to include creative, campaign proposal, preparation, overseeing the production process.
  • Overseeing the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping - analysing touch points and maximising commercial opportunities
  • Working closely with regional marketing teams to ensure the CRM works effectively
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM/Email Marketing Platform.
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Provision of Marketing KPI reporting in regard to CRM and marketing performance.
  • Support in the development of the group wide customer strategy.
  • Development of marketing team member to help improve their knowledge, skills and execution of email marketing and use of CRM.
  • To be a champion for the customer at all times, in the execution of CRM use, marketing activity and campaigns.

Experience required for the CRM Group Manager role:

  • Previous experience of working in a campaign management/email marketing role, ideally within sport and leisure, entertainment, retail or consumer marketing
  • Previous experience of managing multiple CRM campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Self-starter with the proven ability to independently co-ordinate projects and meet tight deadlines
