Our client is a successful and fast-growing travel company based in South West and they are seeking a Groups Executive to join their busy team.
Job Description Highlights:
*Dealing with Group requests via emails & telephone
*Sending quotations to clients on daily basis
*Working on costing for groups products - coach tours, driver guide tours, airport transfers, luxury tours, HOHO & bike tours for sending it to agents
*Contracting & negotiating with the suppliers for groups coach hire, guide, driver guides etc
*Working on costings/ special group rates for attraction to be sent out to agents
*Dealing with complaints for groups- investigating & making decisions on how to resolve the issue in a best possible way
*Organising all the FAM trips received from management team
*Maintaining relationship with existing agents/ suppliers
*Handling groups operations efficiently & ensure its runs smoothly
*Replying to ongoing & Customising existing quotes as per the client's requirements regularly
*Following up on quotations sent to clients
*Reconfirming all the bookings with the suppliers, Restaurants & guides before the tour
*Preparing invoices for bookings & chasing as and when required for O/S payments
*Sorting out any issues on the invoices received from the supplier or venues for accounts department
*Maintaining weekly sales figures for group bookings (direct & agents)
*Working on tour itineraries as per client's requests
*Preparing final itineraries to be sent to clients & suppliers after receiving the payment
*Updating data base of guides & other suppliers on excel sheet for future reference
*Upselling different products to increase sales & achieving targets
