Groups and Incentives Executive – French speaking – Central London - £25 - £27k

 

A leading Groups & MICE travel company are looking for a Groups and Incentives Executive (French speaking) to help product competitive quotes for clients, build and maintain relationships with both clients and suppliers and be responsible for successful operations of travel.

 

As Groups and Incentives (French Speaking) you will:

  • Acknowledge and qualify (via phone) all new requests, ensuring it reflects what the client wants without compromising on quality and price
  • Ensure that all offers are followed up immediately and then within one week of sending and then after that as per option date given
  • Organise and participate in any client famtrips that need to take place in order to win or facilitate a booking
  • Maintain good relationships with all clients and ensure that any promises/deadlines that are made to them are kept.
  • Buy underbudget(without compromising on quality) where possible in order to increase the margin

 

The successful Groups and Incentives Executive (French speaking) will have excellent communication and people skills, with fluency in both French and English.  You will have excellent organisational ablity and have a proven track record in preparing quotes and operating groups, preferably in the MICE market (not essential).  This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic forward thinking travel company.
