Guest Relations Specialist- Required for this expanding niche travel company based in a great location in central London. They are looking for an experience customer relations person from the travel industry and will pay up to £26,000 plus benefits.
Guest Relations Specialist, Responsibilites:
*Be first point of contact towards guests affected by irregularities and ensure excellent guest experience.
*Find and implement good solutions for guests in case of emergency situations in accordance with companies terms & conditions, ABTA code of conduct.
*Be point of contact with travel agencies in case of irregularities.
*Be a part of the Next of Kin crisis team.
*Assist in pre,- and post complaints handling when needed.
*Prioritize and execute on tasks with high integrity, be proactive and empowered to take decisions within the framework of the companies terms & conditions, transportation conditions, country specific package tours act.
Guest Relations Specialist, Skills Required:
*Experience within customer service and travel industry
*Experienced within customer rights and ABTA
*Good IT knowledge in usage of IT tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
*Speak and write in English and the appointed markets language.
*Trained in handling of challenging guests and situations.
*Service and solution oriented towards internal and external customers
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and in written
*Have a strong guest experience focus
*Flexible and team player.
*Show initiative and be action oriented and structured during challenging and unpredicted situations
