GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
In this role you will provide the highest standards of service to our guests and travel agent partners, helping to maintain their loyalty to our brands by professionally investigating and dealing with all pre- and post-departure queries, problems and complaints received by phone, post or email as a chalet specialist for all brands.
Key responsibilities include:-
You will need strong letter-writing skills and a tactful and diplomatic approach at all times, as well as being pro-active by making management aware of trends and quality issues to help reduce the problem of reoccurring. The ability to work under pressure is a must. Working with our Product, Finance and Contracting teams, you will also follow procedures to recover compensation paid wherever possible.
A passion for the mountains and some travel industry experience is desirable. We will provide full training in required areas, such as the ABTA Code of Conduct, and familiarisation trips will be offered to enhance product knowledge.
