Description: My client, a fast growing start up with 26 luxurious homes for discerning clients, are looking for a enterprising individual to work closely with the Director who is seeking to focus on driving the strategic growth of the business. You will be responsible for managing all daily operational aspects related to Guest Relations. This will include ensuring that all guests staying in these luxurious apartments receive an exceeding service level. The guest relations executive will be responsible for the coordinating and management of the arrivals team ensuring that service levels are maintained and any queries or complaints are dealt with efficiently. You will also be in charge of assessing procedures in place and implementing new ones to ensure the best delivery of the department and service to guests. We are looking for an all rounder, someone who mucks in and supports other functions such as operations. This is a role for someone with over 2 years experience in either an operational or guest relations ideally from a hospitality background. Candidates will have: Proven background (Operational, property, hospitality sectors preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organising skills and whilst having strong time management and prioritisation skills Self-motivation, hard working with drive, ambition, energy and enthusiasm The culture of our client is positive, energetic and customer focus driven.
