Guest Relations Team Leader required for a busy, growing business within the hospitality sector

One of the UK's leading branded restaurants is currently looking for the right person to lead the Guest Relations team.

The role itself will be managing a team in responding to a variety of guest queries, and responsible for 5 direct reports. Ensuring our quality of service ethos is followed and guests receive the best correspondence possible in response to any complaints, worries or general questions that may come through.


Corresponding with guests through a variety of platforms including social media, email and telephone.

The right candidate will have the following:-


An open minded, flexible and willing to learn attitude
Perfect English - both spoken and written
Exemplary understanding of English grammar
Excellent telephone manner
High attention to detail
Ability to respond well under pressure and deal with difficult situations accordingly
Punctual and reliable personality
Degree educated is a bonus
Customer service background is essential
Experience leading a customer service team
A basic understanding of the hospitality industry would also be a benefit
