You will lead from the front, working alongside all the UK and overseas customer-facing teams to champion customer service excellence across every offering and facet of the business. This role is based from our Leeds City Centre office, but with extensive travel throughout the UK and Overseas.You will be responsible for leading, delivering and driving customer service excellence within the business, and taking the and Jet2holidays customer experience, both in the UK and overseas, to a new level. Setting the customer service strategy, delivering it across the business and ensuring the level of customer service is of the same excellent standard throughout our offering is key to the success of this role.In addition, you will lead the design and delivery of all customer service training through a strong and dedicated multi-site management team.To be successful, you will be a strong strategic thinker, passionate about customer service with proven success in a consumer facing industry. An inspirational leader, with a 'can do'attitude, you will be willing to 'roll up your sleeves' to get the job done and lead by example. You will have multi-site and international experience, strong stakeholder management skills and happy working to tight timescales in a fast paced and dynamic organisation.
