Head of Marketing US and Europe - Luxury Travel Company
£60,000 - £90,000 depending on experience + Benefits
My client is a luxury direct sell travel company who focus at the very top end of the high-end luxury travel market.
They are now looking to recruit a Head of Marketing focusing on the US and Europe with the emphasis to drive brand awareness and making the company the market leader within luxury travel.
Previous people management experience is essential as there is team in place consisting of managers and executives.
Candidates must have previous senior/head of marketing experience gained with a luxury brand either within travel, hotel, hospitality industries or a concierge service. My client is very strict on the criteria and exposure to working with luxury brands is essential and non-negotiable.
Head of Marketing US and Europe Key Responsibilities
Develop a marketing strategy to establish the brand as the leading luxury travel company in the US, while also helping the brand expand its reach into new markets.
Work with the Sales Managers and Client Relations teams to improve the customer journey, with an aim to create strong brand loyalty among their clients
Oversee the digital team, content/product team and general marketing team, consolidating and building upon their efforts
Take the lead in creating seasonal campaigns to drive repeat bookings through product development, content strategy, sample itinerary creation, strategic newsletters and encouraging referrals
Manage PR in-house and through their agency partner, including drafting press releases and ensuring a consistent brand voice in the brand’s social media
Work closely with the Asia Marketing Team to align the company’s overall brand vision and direction
Head of Marketing US and Europe Experience/Skills Required
Previous senior/head of marketing experience building brand recognition and loyalty, having previously worked for a premium luxury brand
Highly creative, with an amazing visual eye and writing skills to match.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and are comfortable using data to measure campaigns and drive decisions and evaluate campaign performance and ROI

Previous team and budget management experience
