*This position is responsible for driving on and off-line revenue growth in line with
*As Travel is a key strategic growth area this role will be responsible for performance-managing the travel trading teams and managing external travel partner, partner relationships at a senior level.
*Working closely and collaboratively with travel-dedicated marketing, editorial, product and business development teams this is a high-profile senior role within the business.
*The role is supported by travel-dedicated marketing, editorial, product & tech and analytics teams.
*Strong online and offline travel experience
*Excellent knowledge of online revenue optimisation
*Track record of commercial success and retail sales growth
*Good understanding of technical interfaces and platforms
*Track record of motivating and developing a team to achieve great things
*Experience of senior level sales relationships
*Ability to forge productive relationships across a number of diverse internal partners
*A passion for trading and driving revenue
*Passion for innovation, process improvement, driving excellence and putting the customer first
*Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment and a passion to deliver quality results
*A clear and concise communicator who sets clear direction
*Relentless drive to execute on plans with a sense of urgency
*An ability to deliver results whilst putting the customer experience first
*A charismatic leader with strong influencing skills and a flair for getting things done
*Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience , plus company benefits
