Head of Product and Sales - West London -Up to £60,000

  • An award-winning Ski tour operator that have been in business for over a hundred years

As Head of Product and Sales you will:

  • Work as a member of the senior management team to evolve the business, including core responsibilities delivering significant growth objectives
  • Develop the product strategy in line with the overall Strategic Plan
  • Be responsible for continual innovation in the holiday products offered, increasing both the variety and type of holidays to be offered.
  • Lead the optimisation of sales, working alongside other departments to drive sales
  • Responsible for the product development and commercial success of the tour operation programmes, overseeing the pricing, purchasing and supplier relationships and ensuring product meets demand
  • Work collaboratively with other senior managers to conceive and realise new products improving quality and enhancing margins
  • Lead and develop an enthusiastic, vibrant, like-minded team

The Head of Product and Sales will have:

  • Experience in a senior role for a recognised tour operator
  • Sales and Service of Holiday-related products; developing and ensuring adoption of Sales Campaigns and achieving sales targets
  • Contributed to strategic objectives at executive level
  • Experience of influencing and delivering ambitious results
  • Successful development, motivation, leadership and management of high performing teams
  • Built effective relationships and working in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to develop and deliver strategies and plan
  • Strong budgeting management, analysis and report writing skills
