Job Title: Head of Retail Job Overview: The Head of Retail is accountable for the delivery of a seamless, omni-channel sales and service experience to all Customers (B2C). The role includes achievement of financial and service related targets through coaching and motivating a team of Area Sales Managers based nationwide and interacting with a remote workforce. A relentless focus on excellent customer experience provision as well as investigating areas for improvement or development is essential. This role needs to enthusiastically lead a large team of geographically diverse stores with passion and determination.
