My client is a successful direct sell tour operator specialising in long haul destinations
Due to record growth, they are recruiting for a Head of Sales/Call Centre Manager to work closely with the General Manager to performance manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Head of Sales/Call Centre Manager Key Responsibilities:
On a daily basis you will be striving to ensure the department achieves their sales targets.
Coordinating the day to day running of the sales department
Ensuring the sales department is in the best position to achieve sales targets
Working with other department heads to ensure the goals of the business are met.
Striving to maximise sales performance
Ensuring sales targets are met and analyse data to identify sales opportunities
Monitoring the performance of sales staff
Providing data on staff and sales performance
Plan and direct sales team training
Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
Being the first point of contact for product related information (flight & accommodation)
Monitoring and feeding back to staff on quality of telephone and or call Tony on
