Head of Travel Operations - Cape Town - secondment or permanent. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations / Head of Service Delivery to work for a highly reputable, high end travel business that woks with HNW and UHNW clients. This opportunity could be a permanent career move or one for somebody looking to undertake an international secondment (ideally for at least a couple of years).
Head of Travel Operations Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Operations/GM, you will be responsible for leading a small team of managers, each of which will have a team of travel consultants so a total of around 40 people. You will support the team managers to meet their target performance levels, ensure SLA's are being met, monitor NDP results before making reccomendations on improvements that can be made. You will contribute towards the overall business strategy, ensuring plans are in place to support growth and drive customer satisfaction.

Very much dependant on experience, to discussed on application.Typical working week is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (hours can be fleixble), medical aid plus a wide range of other benefits.
