Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a Head Sommelier/Wine Manager for a 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant in Oxford. If you are an experienced Sommelier, enthusiastic, hard working, have management experience, and the WSET qualification, then you are perfect for this Head Sommelier role. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will have complete autonomy over the wet sales and wine service, training and developing a team of 10 Waiters improving their wine and cocktail knowledge. As Head Sommelier you will need to possess a passion for wine that is shared with the guests through your knowledge and understanding of the regions, grapes, vineyards and vintages of wines. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation with guests and the right person will suggest recommended wine and food pairings as well as provide a refined presentation.
