Following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations etc. Food Quality, Consistency & ServiceConsistent food quality at all times - (ensure tasting of food each day)Minimal customer complaints due to food and serviceManaging customer expectations and complaints procedureEnsure quick turnaround of tablesMeet and greet customers and ensure waiter takes on responsibility to show them to their tablePrioritise customer orders first over any other work for the restaurant e.g Working closely with the owners to carry out their vision Supplier management and stocksSupport the team in ordering materials - have an overall view of where we buy from and can organise anything in an emergency.Ensure organized and clean stock / cold rooms with clearly labeled sectionsManage production and stock holding according to stock holding list (already developed). Implement and oversee the process for ordering and managing stock levelsFood wastage control procedure
