We have an excellent opportunity for Help Desk Administrator to join our client who a major events organiser with a great brand and proud heritage. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Ticketing and Hospitality software team.

The key responsibilities of the Help Desk Administrator role are:

  • To ensure that all inbound requests are logged in the help desk software platform and answered in a timely manner.
  • Work with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve support calls from users.
  • Undertake data entry and routine tasks including password resets and user permission changes.
  • Provide support in compiling monthly reports using Excel and Word.
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating user guides and documentation
  • Help optimise the use of the help desk platform
  • Collaborate with the wider IS, Call centre and other shared service teams.
  • Support colleagues with other tasks that from time to time may occur.

The skills required for the Help Desk Administrator role are:

  • Excellent administration and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Have an interest in technology and IT
  • Have an aptitude for problem solving and lateral thinking
  • Demonstrate diligence with a keen eye for detail
  • Posses the ability to work well within a team environment and independently
