Job Description

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role will be based from home with travel required to various Universities within an allocated geographical area.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Benefits include an annual £8k bonus, company car, laptop and phone.

Candidates must be based within the South East/London/Home Counties/Midlands, as areas covered include London, South East, Essex, Brighton, Chichester, Canterbury, with the cut off being the Midlands.

Our client is looking for someone who can:

·Achieve growth in enquiries, bookings, revenue and profit, through the management of an assigned sales area, retention of our clients existing customers and through development of new business opportunities.

·Manage and build long term relationships through account management.

·Achieve a preferred supplier status for our client.

·Generate and complete a targeted number of quality business appointments each week

·To have a proven track record for generating revenue through new business development

·Experience of building partnerships, as well as developing and maintaining successful relationships

·Experience of representing and promoting organisations in public forums and meetings with internal and external stakeholders

·Experience in Tendering Processes would be a huge advantage

Salary: £25k-£28k plus £8k bonus. 4% extra on top depending on company profit target
