You will lead from the front with fresh eyes and manage a team of up to 10 members of staff while providing an efficient and cost effective customer focused bar and catering service.
Duties include: *Being able to lead and develop the house staff to become a single customer focused team *Taking control of the bar and catering budget. *Managing the stock with a focus to reducing and minimising waste *Establishing appropriate processes for the effective running of the bar and catering department *Maintaining and keeping all records for stock and wastage *Being responsible for daily cash floats and banking
*Previous working knowledge in a similar field *Must be hands on with a willingness to lead by example *Good management and communication skills *The ability to adapt and be flexible during busy period *Performance driven *Focused on customer service and exceeding customer expectations
*Starting salary 20,000 - 24,000 *Average 39 hours a week ( can include evenings and weekends ) must be flexible *On site Parking *Meal included *Free use of leisure facilities
