Our client is looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join their busy growing team. Ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a hospitality environment, will have good customer services skills and good organisational and planning skills. Main Duties: To liaise with the Hospitality coordinator to review the scheduled functions and events , and allocate work according to shifts and plan the work to ensure functions and events, have the correct procedures and knowledge required ? Supervise and assist with the set-up of furniture and equipment for the functions and events To ensure that the food and beverage service at a designated area, function or event is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Hospitality Co-ordinator. To be fully conversant with every dish and beverage to be served at a designated function or event and to provide explanations if requested. To communicate with the staff in both the kitchen and the front of house staff, and in the absence of the Hospitality Coordinator be able to fully brief the front of house staff prior to the functions and events. . To attend training, briefings and meetings as instructed The hours are 45 per week term time only, working on a rotation basis for 5 days in every week, including evening and weekends. There may be the opportunity to undertake additional hours during school holidays. Salary is 18,175 per annum, term time only, 20 days holiday to be taken in school holidays, free lunch and free membership to the fitness suite and pool.
