Salary: Circa £25K DOE with share of tips

The Company

Our client is a luxury hotel based in a Scotland with outstanding beauty and the finest luxury experience are looking for a Hotel Duty Manager to join their friendly team.

They provide a high class service with amazing food and rooms located amongst the glens, lochs and mountains of the West Highlands.

The Role

The hotel are requiring a hotel duty manager that needs to be very hands on with limited office/paperwork as reservations, sales and accounts are all centralised.

Strong F&B skills will be an advantage however Front of house supervisor or junior managers will be considered for this role.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

This hotel requires you to be friendly and positive with a determined manner and great work ethic.

You will need one year minimum experience at this level in a either F&B or FOH supervisor/junior manager role.

You will need strong people and team management skills and ideally experience in small luxury hotels not large properties.
