A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a great negotiator to support the dynamic sales team of this high end luxury travel company.

You’ll be working alongside our client’s team of expert travel consultants to find, hold and reserve the best possible accommodation and experiences for our clients travelling in Europe, as well as providing flight quotes and assisting the team with day-to-day operation tasks.

You’ll be responsible for negotiating the best possible rates and contracts for our clients.

You will also assist the concierge and operations team to fine-tune the details and make sure our clients guests get treated perfectly.

Although this is not a sales role ,  you will spend a lot of time taking care of the guests experience through the concierge and travel design teams.

Strong communication and people skills are a must.

Hotel Rate Negotiator  / Operations Executive Job Responsibilities

● Finding, holding and reserving accommodation and other ground services for our clients,working collaboratively with the Sales and Concierge team

● Negotiating the best possible hotel rates and contracts across Europe for our clients and building strong relationships with our suppliers

● Assisting the concierge and operations team in the building and fine-tuning of traveller’s itineraries and quotes

● Supporting our flight reservations team with flight quotes and bookings

● Liaising with suppliers on special requests from guests

● Adding extra levels of service and detail for VIP/Repeat clients and closely monitoring suppliers on these

● Assisting with operational tasks handed over from the Travel Design team as and when needed

Hotel Rate Negotiator / Operations Executive Skills

- A keen eye for detail and good mathematical ability

- Ability to prioritise workload and excellent time management

- Comprehensive knowledge of European destinations

- Exceptional communication skills, building rapport easily and professionally

- Direct experience working in outbound reservations/ operations

- A couple of extra languages would be helpful (particularly Italian and Spanish)- A
