Our client has a fabulous opportunity for a confident, motivated individual to join their small team as a Receptionist. The chosen employee will also get the opportunity to work in other areas of the hotel as and when required to gain a full understanding of the Hotel Business.
Working Week: o Examples of shifts are 7am-3pm or 3pm-12am - this includes weekends and bank holidays o They would consider discussing hours and days for the right candidate

Experience: o Previous hotel reception experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be given o Basic competence with Word Processing, Excel and Internet is essential (preferably Microsoft Office)
Key Tasks: o Administration and general office duties o Answer questions and enquiries o End of day and banking o Enter deliveries into stock and check invoice pricing o Follow up enquiries o Greet guests with a big smile and sincere welcome o Keep conference bills and day sheets up to date o Photocopying/faxing for guests and conference delegates o Prepare letters o Prepare bills o Take reservations
